Paws Awhile Cattery has been established since 1990 and is a small family run business. We are situated in the lovely Lincolnshire countryside but is also easily accessible to the A17 between Sleaford and Boston and 3 miles east of Heckington village. My parents bought the property with the purpose of building their own cattery to the specific requirements of the local council. So in 1988 my dad set to and started building in his spare time and finally Paws Awhile opened it's doors in july 1990.

My mother ran the business and it went from strength to strength until she fell ill in 2007 and sadly passed away. So my father and I decided we would run the business together as I have worked with animals all my life and cannot imagine life without them. Paws Awhile has played a large part in my life and I want to continue to provide each cat with the best care and attention they deserve whilst on their holidays.
