1. A cancellation charge of £20.00 will be charged if the booking is not cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date. Early collections will still be charged for the whole period booked to their cat.

2. No pet maybe removed from " Paws" until the full amount of the invoice is paid on departure.

3. We take every care that your cat receives a high standard of care whilst staying at Paws but they are boarded entirely at the owners risk.

4. We will contact you if your animal needs veterinary assistance whilst on their holidays and settle any additional expenses on the collection of the animal.

5. Please notify us of any medical condition or administration of medicines at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse boarding if we are not informed of medical conditions or if the animal is not in good health.

6. If your cat is taking antibiotics or other medication prior to boarding please ask you veterinary surgeon if the animal is safe to stay in a cattery environment with other animals and not in a contagious condition.
